Tour Plan

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up from your Arusha hotel or Kilimanjaro Airport and drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive through the park, known for its elephants, baobab trees and wildlife-rich Tarangire River. Look for lions, leopards, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras and wildebeest before continuing to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

Continue into Central Serengeti for an afternoon and sunset game drive, with opportunities to see wildlife across the vast plains.

Day 3: Western Serengeti

Day 4: Southern Serengeti – Ngorongoro

Depending on the migration season, there may be opportunities to encounter large concentrations of wildebeest and zebra. Arrive at the campsite near the crater for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Mto wa Mbu

Enjoy a picnic lunch before ascending the crater and continuing to Mto wa Mbu. Later, experience a local walking tour, with opportunities to learn about village life, banana plantations, local food and culture.

Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive through its diverse landscapes. Search for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest and hippos, while also looking for the park's famous tree-climbing lions and diverse birdlife. After lunch, drive back to Arusha or transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey.
