Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 Arusha – Tarangire National Park
- Depart from Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2-3 hours).
- Enjoy a game drive, spotting large elephant herds, lions, giraffes, zebras, and the park’s famous baobab trees.
- Have a picnic lunch in the park.
- Evening drive to a campsite near Tarangire for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 Tarangire – Serengeti National Park
- Early breakfast, then depart for Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
- Enjoy game viewing en route, with chances to see wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles.
- Afternoon game drive in Serengeti, famous for the Big Five (lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino).
- Dinner and overnight at a campsite inside Serengeti National Park.
Day 3 Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti
- Full-day game drive in Serengeti’s vast plains, home to cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, hippos, and antelopes.
- If traveling between July and October, witness the Great Migration as thousands of wildebeests and zebras cross the Mara River.
- Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild.
- Dinner and overnight at the same Serengeti campsite.
Day 4 Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
- Early morning sunrise game drive in Serengeti, a great time to see predators in action.
- After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Descend into the crater floor, home to a dense concentration of wildlife, including black rhinos, hippos, flamingos, and large lion prides.

Day 5 Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara National Park

Day 6 Lake Manyara – Arusha
- Morning walking safari or optional Maasai village visit (extra cost).
- After breakfast, enjoy a final scenic drive back to Arusha, arriving in the afternoon.
