Tour Plan

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you'll be greeted by your driver and transferred to Green Mountain Lodge in Arusha. This lodge will be your base for the night, offering a peaceful setting to relax and acclimate to the surroundings. Unwind and prepare for the exciting safari adventure that lies ahead, with your expert guide on hand to answer any questions and provide a detailed overview of the coming days. Enjoy a delicious dinner and rest up, as tomorrow marks the start of your Tanzanian safari.

After breakfast, embark on a thrilling safari adventure to Tarangire National Park, known for its large herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees. The park's namesake, the Tarangire River, sustains wildlife throughout the dry season, drawing numerous animals to its waters. During your game drive, you'll have opportunities to photograph elephants, African pythons, and the majestic baobabs. This park is also home to an impressive variety of birdlife. After an exciting day in the park, you'll enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation at Maromboi Tented Lodge, nestled in a scenic location.

On Day 3, explore the diverse ecosystems of Lake Manyara National Park, a small yet ecologically rich area. The park offers a rare opportunity to experience five distinct ecosystems in one place. With over 380 species of birds, and a wide range of wildlife including elephants, buffalos, giraffes, lions, and hippos, this park provides ample opportunities for wildlife photography. The striking pink hues of flamingos often grace the shallow shores of the lake, adding to the park’s charm. Afterward, you'll head to Marera View Lodge for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay.

Today’s adventure will take you to the awe-inspiring Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Known as the "Garden of Eden," the crater is home to an astonishing concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five. A visit to Karatu village offers insight into local life before heading down to the crater floor. With over 30,000 animals, you'll have the opportunity to spot elephants, buffalos, lions, leopards, rhinos, and numerous bird species. After a day of exploration, you’ll relax at the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, where you can enjoy stunning views and a delicious dinner.

Today marks your journey to the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, where vast plains stretch as far as the eye can see. The park is famous for its Great Migration, abundant wildlife, and dramatic predator-prey interactions. En route, enjoy photo opportunities along the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Once in Serengeti, stop at Naabi Gate to capture panoramic views. After a delicious picnic lunch, continue exploring the Serengeti’s endless plains, teeming with zebras, wildebeests, and predators. You’ll spend the night at Serengeti Heritage Lodge, where you can unwind after an exciting day in the wild.

The next two days are dedicated to exploring the Serengeti, with its remarkable biodiversity and iconic landscapes. Your safari will focus on witnessing the Great Migration and observing predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. The Serengeti is a haven for herbivores like wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles, making it an extraordinary place for wildlife enthusiasts. Daily game drives will offer close-up encounters with animals in their natural habitat. Each evening, return to Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge to relax, enjoy local cuisine, and reflect on the incredible wildlife encounters of the day.

On Day 8, depart the Serengeti for Lake Natron, known for its stunning views and flamingo populations. The journey offers more photo opportunities, passing through the Rift Valley and Oldoinyo Lengai, the "Mountain of God" for the Maasai people. Upon arrival at Lake Natron, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding landscapes. If you're interested in a more active experience, your guide can take you on a short hike to a nearby waterfall where you can cool off. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Moivaro Lake Natron Tented Camp, surrounded by scenic beauty.

Start the day early to witness the captivating sunrise over Lake Natron, where flamingos gather to feed in the early morning light. After a peaceful sunrise, head on a hike to a nearby waterfall, where you can swim in the cool waters. The adventure continues with a visit to a Maasai village, where you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the tribe’s traditions, customs, and daily life. This cultural immersion offers a unique opportunity to connect with local communities. In the afternoon, you’ll return to Arusha, where your safari journey will conclude.
