Tour Plan

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After pickup from your hotel or airport in Arusha, meet your safari guide for a briefing before driving to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a game drive through the park, searching for elephants, giraffes, lions, buffaloes, zebras and other wildlife. The park's large elephant herds, ancient baobabs and seasonal Tarangire River create a spectacular safari setting.

Day 2: Tarangire – Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an extended game drive across its wildlife-rich floor, with a picnic lunch during the safari. Look for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas and the endangered black rhino.

After the crater experience, continue to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park. Enjoy a game drive through the park's varied landscapes while looking for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, hippos and other wildlife. Lake Manyara is also known for its birdlife, including flamingos, and its famous tree-climbing lions.

After lunch, begin your journey back to Arusha or continue to Arusha Airport/Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey.
