Tour Plan
Upon arrival, the group will be transferred to Arusha Tourist Inn. This is the perfect time for a pre-safari briefing. Enjoy a relaxed evening in town to prep for the early start tomorrow.
After breakfast, head to Tarangire National Park. Known for its ancient Baobab trees and the largest elephant population in Tanzania, itโs a photographerโs dream. In the evening, drive to Karatu to overnight at Eileenโs Trees Inn or Ikumbi Safari Lodge.
Travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward the Serengeti. Youโll begin game viewing as soon as you enter the park gates. End the day at Sightseeing Luxury Tented Lodge, where youโll enjoy thensounds of the African bush with high-end comforts.
A full day dedicated to the Serengeti. Depending on the time of year, your guide will track the Great Migration or focus on the resident "Big Five." Return to the same Luxury Tented Lodge for a sunset dinner.
Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti before winding your way up to the Ngorongoro Crater Rim. Tonight, is a change of pace: staying at Simba Campsite. Itโs chilly on the rim, but the views are spectacular!
Descend 600 meters into the Crater floor for a half-day game drive. This is your best chance to spot the rare Black Rhino. After a picnic lunch, begin the drive back to Arusha for your evening departure or airport drop-off.
