We will greet you at either Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha city for an overnight stay.
We’ll pick you up from your Arusha hotel at 7:30 am for a 7-8 hour drive to Serengeti National Park, passing the scenic Rift Valley and Ngorongoro Crater. You’ll arrive around 3:00 pm for an evening game drive in central Serengeti, spotting wildlife and enjoying a sunset before dinner and an overnight stay at Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge. Witness the iconic wildebeest migration, zebras, and various antelopes.
Start your day at 5:45 am with breakfast and a Serengeti sunrise, followed by a morning game drive until 11:30 am. Serengeti’s abundant wildlife includes giraffes, elephants, hippos, lions, and over 500 bird species like ostriches and flamingos. After a hot lunch at camp, continue your game drive through central Serengeti en route to Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive at the planned Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Wake at 5:30 am for breakfast before descending to the Ngorongoro Crater floor for a game drive. Spot the Big Five, including the rare black rhino, along with 6,000 wildebeest, 4,000 hyenas, 2,000 zebras, 2,000 elands, 3,000 gazelles, 200 elephants, and over 30 lions. Enjoy lunch by the crater’s flamingo-filled lakes. You’ll also see smaller animals like jackals, hippos, and various bird species. This massive volcanic caldera, formed 2.5 million years ago, is one of Africa’s most visited attractions. After 6-7 hours of exploration, ascend the crater and return to Arusha for departure.
