Tour Plan

Day 1 : Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival you will meet with representative from Meru Slopes Tours & Safaris, at Kilimanjaro International Airport/ Arusha Airport. Driver will drive you to your Hotel in Arusha, Relax and unwind after your journey. Optional city tour if time permits. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2 : Tarangire National Park

Begin your day with an early morning game drive, searching for Tarangire’s famous elephant herds, big cats, and diverse antelope species. Visit the Tarangire River, a wildlife hotspot, and enjoy birdwatching among 550 recorded species. Stop for a picnic lunch in a shaded spot before continuing with an afternoon game drive, taking advantage of the golden light for photography. Return to your lodge for dinner and unwind by the campfire, sharing stories of the day’s adventures.

Day 3: Central Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, spans 14,750 sq. km and is renowned for its diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife. Witness the iconic Great Migration and spot the Big Five, cheetahs, giraffes, and numerous bird species. Arrive in the mid-afternoon, enjoy lunch, and embark on a game drive. Transfer to the Lodge for a luxurious stay, followed by dinner and a briefing on the next day's adventures.

Day 4: Northern Serengeti National Park

Depart early for a sunrise game drive, heading from central to northern Serengeti to witness the wildebeest migration across the Mara River. Spend the day exploring with your guide before enjoying dinner and an overnight stay in the northern Serengeti. End the night under the vast African sky, perhaps by a campfire or lodge entertainment.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Start the day with a 6 AM game drive in Serengeti, capturing the sunrise and spotting more wildlife. Revisit key areas or explore new spots before enjoying a packed lunch in the park. In the afternoon, depart for Ngorongoro Crater (3–4 hour drive). Arrive at theLodge, check in, and relax while enjoying stunning crater views.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater and then Arusha

After breakfast, embark on an early morning game drive in Ngorongoro Crater, searching for the Big Five and other wildlife. Explore diverse habitats before enjoying a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha (3–4 hours), passing scenic landscapes and villages. Check in at Arusha Serena Safari Lodge, relax by Lake Duluti, and enjoy a final dinner reflecting on your safari adventure. Spend your last night in the arranged lodge.

Day 7: Arusha Departure

Enjoy a variety of options, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and local Tanzanian coffee.
