Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arriving in Nairobi, you’ll be warmly welcomed at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure, resting and preparing for your upcoming safari adventure. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay, ensuring you’re refreshed for the journey ahead.

Day 2: Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast and a safari briefing, depart for Lake Nakuru, arriving for lunch at the Lake Nakuru guest house. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in this birdwatcher’s paradise, home to over 400 species and Kenya’s first Rhino sanctuary, renowned for its Black Rhino population. Dinner and overnight at camp.

Day 3–4: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Journey to the world-renowned Maasai Mara, home to the Great Migration and abundant wildlife. Spend two full days exploring the reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Look out for the Big Five and the endless savannah landscapes dotted with acacia trees. Cultural visits to Maasai villages can also be arranged.

Day 5: Maasai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy another day in the Maasai Mara with more opportunities to spot predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. This is also one of the best places to witness dramatic river crossings during migration season (July–October).

Day 6: Maasai Mara – Northern Serengeti (Tanzania)

Cross into Tanzania and enter the legendary Serengeti National Park. In the northern Serengeti, game drives focus on wildebeest herds, river crossings along the Mara River, and excellent predator sightings.

Day 7: Northern Serengeti National Park

Spend the full day exploring the northern Serengeti. Expect large herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, and predators. This area is less crowded, offering an authentic wilderness experience.

Day 8: Central Serengeti National Park

Head south into central Serengeti, the heart of the park, known for year-round game viewing. Enjoy thrilling game drives in search of lions, leopards, cheetahs, and large herds of herbivores across the open plains.

Day 9: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater floor is home to over 25,000 animals including lions, elephants, rhinos, and flamingos. Afternoon transfer to Lake Eyasi.

Day 10: Lake Eyasi – Arusha

Day 11: Departure – Kilimanjaro Airport
