Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti National Park
Your adventure begins with an early departure from Arusha, traveling to Serengeti National Park. Along the way, we pass by the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, offering excellent wildlife sightings. The golden plains of the Serengeti, home to zebras, wildebeest, and giraffes, give you a glimpse of why this park is one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders. After a delightful picnic lunch at Naabai Kopje, we continue with a leisurely game drive through the Serengeti. As the day ends, we spend the night at Serengeti Camp, where you’ll fall asleep to the sounds of zebras and hyenas.
Day 2: Explore North Serengeti
Today, we delve deeper into the heart of Serengeti National Park. This area is known for its rich diversity of wildlife, including lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffalo, and more. The Serengeti is teeming with animals year-round, so you’re sure to have numerous wildlife encounters. After a day of exploration, we retreat to Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
In the morning, enjoy a final game drive in Serengeti, capturing some of the best wildlife moments before we head towards Ngorongoro Crater. After an exciting day of game viewing, we arrive at Rhino Lodge, which overlooks the stunning Ngorongoro caldera. As the sun sets over the savannah, enjoy a delicious dinner and relax as the day draws to a close.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
On the final day, we rise early to explore the Ngorongoro Crater, which is known as an “animal haven.” The Crater offers an incredible opportunity to spot Africa’s Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo. It is also home to hippos, migratory birds, and a wide variety of wildlife. After a fulfilling game drive and some time spent taking in the breathtaking views, we return to Arusha in the afternoon, bringing your unforgettable safari experience to a close.
